Meditation is an ancient spiritual practice that has regained popularity in modern times.
Although it has many uses, these days, people are mostly using meditation as a tool to improve their physical and mental health.
Millions of people around the world have first-hand experience of how this practice can transform lives for the better.
However, most people still don’t know that meditation can be used as a manifestation tool.
In fact, it is one of the most powerful tools for this purpose.
Therefore, if you have been trying to manifest your heart’s desires and things haven’t turned out the way you would like, it might be time to give meditation a try.

How Can Meditation Help Your Manifestation?
The idea behind manifesting your desires is that you need to be in a high vibrational state to attract what you want.
This is because a high vibrational state is when you are the most receptive.

Well, imagine how you feel when you are ecstatic. Imagine someone telling you a piece of very good news. How would you feel? Your entire body would be in a blissful state, and you would feel elated.

Manifestation meditation is similar to other types of meditation. However, there are just a few additional steps that you have to do.
These ensure that your energies are directed in the right direction.
Let’s take a look at what they are.
Step One: Decide What You Want
This is always the first step in your manifestation process. To manifest something, you need to know what you want.
The problem with most people is that they are very confused about their wants and desires.
They want something one day and something else the next day.
Obviously, this gets them nowhere.
So, sit down with yourself and introspect a little.
Out of your many desires, pick one that you want the most. And be absolutely clear about it.
For example, if you are going to do meditation for manifesting love, you need to know who you want.
If it’s not a specific person, then you need to know the qualities of the person you want.
And if you are going to do a money manifestation meditation, then you need to know exactly how much money you want.
Don’t say “a lot of money.” Think in terms of an exact figure.
Step Two: Get Into A Meditative State
In the next step, you need to sit down in a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed for a while.
You can sit in a cross-legged posture or on a chair if that’s more comfortable for you.
I wouldn’t recommend lying down as you need to be present for this and you can very easily fall asleep when lying down.
Then, place your hands on your knees facing upwards. This invites the universe’s positive energies.
Close your eyes and start breathing normally for a while. Try to be mindful of your entire being and enjoy the present moment.
Then, focus on your breath. Notice how you inhale and exhale. Observe how your tummy expands and contracts.
Keep your attention anchored to your breath. If your mind gets distracted, don’t fret – just bring your attention back to your breath.
If you do this properly, you will enter a meditative state in a few minutes. It is this state that raises your vibrations to a much higher level.
Step Three: Visualize Yourself Getting What You Want
Once you feel like you’re in a meditative state, this next step is quite fun. All you need to do is imagine having what you want.
This might seem like daydreaming (and to a certain extent, it is), but it’s a powerful technique to manifest what you want.
When you visualize having what you desire, your entire being starts vibrating at the frequency of your desire.
This is a state of perfect alignment, and it supercharges your manifestation process.
So, how do you visualize your desires? Let’s take an example to understand this better.
Let’s say you want to manifest a brand new car. Now, you can visualize driving your dream car on the highway.
In your imagination, observe all the details of the car.
What does the steering wheel look like? What does the dashboard look like? How does it feel to sit on the comfortable seats? How does it feel to drive your dream car?
Make your visualization as vivid as possible.
Step Four: Feel Genuine Gratitude
Once you are done with the visualization, it’s time to thank the Universe for gifting you your heart’s desire.
Yes, even though the manifestation hasn’t happened yet, you need to feel genuine gratitude for it.
Do you know why? That’s because doing so will bring you in alignment with what you want.
Also, practising gratitude is another great way to take your vibrational state even higher. Especially when it is done in a meditative state.
So, imagine that you are talking to the Universe and thank it for making your dream come true.
Appreciate its infinite powers and ask it to always support you.
Step Five: Try To Maintain A Higher Vibrational State
The above steps shouldn’t take more than 20-30 minutes. Once you are done with the gratitude practice, you can open your eyes and smile widely.
For a while, you will naturally be in a higher vibrational state. Enjoy this state and try to maintain it for as long as possible.
To do so, you can think positive and uplifting thoughts.
You can listen to your favourite music or watch a movie/tv show that makes you happy.
Basically, do anything you can to stay happy, blissful, joyous, and grateful.
And don’t forget to do your manifestation meditation every day.
