Gradually you will find that the time you can focus on your Third Eye during meditation will become longer.
2. Affirmations To Open Your Third Eye Chakra
Another way to aid in opening your Third Eye Chakra is through affirmations. You can use these as part of your spiritual practices each day.
Doing so will allow you to encourage the flow of energy through your Third Eye Chakra. To keep your Third Eye Chakra open, here are some examples of affirmations you can use:

You may find yourself feeling that you just know things, such as what is going to happen next, without explanation.
Another sign of an open Third Eye Chakra is feeling that you are more connected to the Universe, and trusting the powers within you. You will find you have more mental clarity and a clearer direction in life.
